The project aims to redevelop the Marelli abandoned industrial area, located at the edge of the old town of Pavia. On the perimeter of the building is preserved the twentieth century building curtain, completed by the construction of a new building along the railroad, which confirms the idea of ​​block. The existing inner buildings have been demolished in order to obtain an open square where is located the new residential building, with a winding form, made of 8 floors, with the ground floor for commercial and service activities. The residential surface decreases upward and has panoramic terraces and lodges designed for a better quality of indoor lightening. At the basement level have been created 2 garage and cellar floors that cover more than 20,000 square meters.
