The complex, just north of the Orti Borromaici, occupies the buildings that housed the Pio Pertusati place since 1500. It consists of a longitudinal body, a central one and the church, with adjoining sacristy, articulated around two courtyards. The recovery of the historic complex, left abandoned for a long time, allowed the creation of rooms with private bathroom to accommodate post-graduate students. The project is divided into two lots built in different years and by restoring the original morphology and by the elimination of those parts built during the years also enabled the creation of classrooms and multimedia rooms.
